Hilltop Oven is a family friendly Lebanese bakery that provides traditional, authentic and affordable Lebanese pizzas, pies, cuisines and catering.
Father and son duo, Tony and John purchased the business in 2011 and were focused on providing high-quality fresh ingredients, as well as delicious pizza dough, which has been the success of our business. It was approximately a year later that Hilltop Oven introduced homemade traditional Lebanese cuisines, i.e., Kebbe, Kebbe Tray, Samboussek and Shish Barak - which was a big hit with customers due to busy mums and dads as it made dinner options for the whole family much easier.
Over the years, customers have loved our 'minis' due to our generous toppings, which was perfect for parties or family get-togethers.
Tony and John have a passion for putting a modern twist on their pizzas and love sharing with customers who want to try something different!
